Using the most dependable little avocado green oven, her mother taught her the art of baking. Her passion grew when she ventured to Europe. Never before had she experienced such wondrous textures, aromas and flavors. It awakened her senses to a new world of breads and pastries. As soon as she returned, with the help of her reliable little oven, she began researching and learning how to re-create what she had tasted. Her yearning to learn led her to pastry college, which opened the door to working with a talented and giving pastry chef. She continued to experiment with old flavors and new ideas, always using that reliable little oven.
